She enjoys experimenting with classic recipes by giving them a healthy makeover and searching for creative food blogs to sharpen up her culinary skills. An educator by trade, Jennifer holds an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and a graduate degree in Mathematics Education. She is the recipient of several educational grants and delivers professional development to teachers. Currently residing in Chicago, Jennifer teaches mathematics and robotics to middle schoolers.
