Online Universities in Delaware

Delaware is home to a relatively small number of colleges and universities, likely because of the state’s small size. The largest university in the state is the University of Delaware, which serves more than 19,000 students. The school’s main campus is located in Newark, but there are also satellite campuses in Dover, Georgetown, Lewes, and Wilmington. The capital city of Dover is also home to Delaware State University, Delaware Technical and Community College – Terry, and Wesley College. Wilmington University, a private institution, is the second largest university in the state with more than 15,000 students, according to the school’s website.

The State of Delaware, New Castle County, Dover Air Force Base, and the University of Delaware are among the state’s leading employers.
